世界兒童畫展 苗21學子入選

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣2014年2月18日電）苗栗縣21名國中、小學生繪畫入選第44回世界兒童畫展全國徵畫比賽，將代表台灣參加世界決賽，今天接受縣長劉政鴻表揚。

苗栗縣政府教育處指出，第44回世界兒童畫展全國徵畫比賽由中華民國兒童美術教育學會、中華民國造形藝術教育學會、國立臺東生活美學館主辦，去年10月辦理初賽，每組競賽有逾百人參加，苗栗縣21名學子作品從全國繪畫好手中脫穎而出，獲特優獎項，表現亮眼。

21名學子的繪畫作品將代表中華民國前往日本參加世界總決賽，苗栗縣長劉政鴻今天親自表揚，頒發獎狀及禮券給予鼓勵，期許繼續努力，為苗栗爭光。

苗栗縣教育處長劉火欽表示，苗栗學子技冠群雄，成果豐碩，除將鼓勵參與全國性與國際性的競賽，累積自身經驗外，縣府也將投注更多資源，提升縣內學生繪畫能力。
