善用腿細胞 日童植心成功

（中央社記者楊明珠東京2014年7月23日專電）日本大阪大學醫院教授澤芳樹等人所組成研究團隊今天公布，成功地對1名11歲女童進行心臟再生醫療。研究團隊是以女童小腿肚肌的細胞製膜片，移植到女童心臟。

「日本經濟新聞」報導，研究小組表示，這名接受心臟再生醫療手術的女童在9歲時被醫師診斷為擴張性心肌病（DCM），心臟功能減弱，各心腔擴大，不能充分泵血。病情漸漸惡化，除了運動受限之外，連要通學也十分困難，若要恢復心臟功能，唯有進行心臟移植手術。

今年5月，研究團隊從這名女童的小腿肚抽取骨骼肌細胞，培養成膜片狀。6月中旬，將這膜片移植到心臟表面，大約經過1個月，醫師確認了女童心臟機能有所改善，近期將可出院。

澤芳樹今天在大阪召開記者會時表示，最近這名女童在醫院內走動時，已不會有上氣不接下氣的情況。

在日本，專家以同樣的手法對成人實施過心臟再生醫療，約有30個病例，但這次是首度對孩童實施。
