波蘭外交部長：歐盟最快本週四對俄國發動新一波經濟制裁

《CNBC》報導，波蘭外交部長向 CNBC 表示，歐盟可能最快於本週四推出「第三階段」對俄制裁計畫。

波蘭外交部長 Radek Sikorski 表示，目前的制裁手段包括資產凍結、旅遊禁令，未來可能禁止俄國進入歐美資本市場。

歐盟過去就已不斷威脅俄國要加強制裁，但始終未能達成共識。這回歐盟官員達成共識的機會相當大。

歐洲理事會可能對俄國推出下列進階制裁手段，包括新增多名對象至黑名單、中止對俄企業融資。Sikorski 認為，這些做法可以提高俄國借貸成本，迫使俄國總統普丁 (Vladmidir Putin) 重新盤算對策。
