亞桑傑要求撤羈押令瑞典駁回

（中央社斯德哥爾摩2014年11月20日綜合外電報導）瑞典上訴法院今天駁回維基解密網站（WikiLeaks）創辦人亞桑傑（Julian Assange）要求撤銷羈押的上訴案。瑞典檢方2010年因性侵控訴，對亞桑傑發出羈押令。

思維上訴法院（Svea Court of Appeal）發表聲明指出：「就上訴法院看來，沒有理由只因亞桑傑人在使館內，羈押令現在無法執行，就撤銷這項命令。」

亞桑傑自2012年6月以來一直待在倫敦厄瓜多使館，以免遭英國引渡到瑞典。瑞典希望就性侵及強暴指控對亞桑傑展開偵訊，而亞桑傑否認這些指控。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
