辛家長要政府提供免費保險套遭拒

辛巴威中學生家長群起要求政府提供學生免費保險套，遭到教育部長杜庫拉拒絕。他建議家長們與其在家擔心子女在外性行為，不如在午餐便當盒袋子內，順手放入保險套。

南非新聞網站「時報即時消息」（Times LIVE）日前引述杜庫拉（Lazarus Dokora）報導，外傳政府因為擔憂性行為年齡層有下降趨勢，而計劃提供免費保險套一事，做出上述說明。

他表示，教育部早已通知學校積極宣導衛生教育課程，為學生們進入成年人做好準備。

「家長在孩子整體教育中扮演著重要角色，應該密切參與每個階段。但是政府不會提供免費保險套給學校。」

他進一步表示，家長既然如此關心子女在外性行為，那麼在準備午餐便當時，應順便在袋子內放入保險套。
