公民提名 林鄭月娥：法律政治都不可行

香港政務司長林鄭月娥強調公民提名不可行，她說「基本法」明訂唯一有提名權是提名委員會，「公民提名」方案也不可能獲立法會三分之二通過，「基本法」保障香港繁榮穩定，不可隨意修訂，即使修改也解決不了問題。

明報報導，林鄭月娥指出，「基本法」45條規定，只有提委會有提名權，至於修改「基本法」的主張，林鄭月娥說，「基本法」頒佈超過24年，也已施行17年，不可隨意修訂。她更認為，即使修改了「基本法」也不能解決現在的問題。

林鄭月娥說，候選人設在2至3人是因過去候選人數目大致如此。
