空軍AT-3教練機擦撞墜機 飛官重傷不治

一架編號0815的AT-3教練機上午墜毀在高雄梓官農田內，機身全毀，一顆發動機掉在香蕉園內。

空軍雷虎小組一架AT-3教練機，上午升空準備練習雷虎自創的飛行特技絕技「三機尾隨滾」時，由飛行教官莊倍源、楊志平兩位中校駕駛的6號機與4號機，不慎發生擦撞，楊志平平安返場，但莊倍源的6號機在空中失控；民眾在地面目擊，莊的教練機航跡在空中忽高忽低，顯然正勉力操控戰機，並避開民宅，教練機最後墜毀在梓官國小後側，莊倍源在機體400公尺外被尋獲，傷重不治。
