標題[問題] 關於工作的選擇

先說一下自己的背景是個沒有自覺浪費掉四年的文組廢物目前沒有一技之長，所以找了服務業的兼職，最低時薪+月休7天現在也是邊做邊找其他工作的狀態今天去一家公司面試，徵的是工程師，工作內容就無線基地台的設立跟維護說是現在要培養自己的工程師團隊，所以無經驗也可周休二日，待遇23K，有勞健保工作早上8點半到晚上6點，中間有午休總的來說下班就是責任制，假日也有可能會被Call去目前的問題是 1.這行適合我這種完全沒有相關背景的人進入嗎?還有未來的發展如何? (我想升遷上應該很困難吧?) 2.雖然面試時說技術大於勞力，不過實際的情況真的是這樣? 3.天候對於這個工作的影響非常大嗎?因為有說到要爬高，這我滿擔心的...
