餐廳名稱：黒まぐろ A-FACTORY店 消費時間：2014年/8月 地址：青森県青森市柳川1-4-2 營業時間：11:00~20:00 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 無音樂圖文網誌版 http://anniething.pixnet.net/blog/post/41631535 這趟去青森主要是為了看睡魔祭，但當天青森的天氣實在不是很好，越接近晚上雨勢越來 越大 因為下大雨撐雨傘懶得拍照，所以上面這張是我兩年前去青森所拍的照片 青森車站旁的A-FACTORY，裡頭有賣許多青森農特產、伴手禮，還有幾間餐廳 一走進青森車站旁的A-FACTORY就被多到眼花撩亂的蘋果汁給嚇到，而且不只這一區有蘋 果汁 轉過頭來，又是不知道要從何選起的蘋果汁區 因此我對青森車站旁的A-FACTORY的印象=滿滿的蘋果汁 (笑) 因為外頭正下著大雨，所以就決定在青森車站旁的A-FACTORY解決晚餐 一家是賣海鮮丼的黒まぐろ，另一家則是賣洋食的ことこと亭 本家ぐる いか ほたて三色丼 1000円 晶瑩剔透的鮭魚生魚片，每一片都有些厚度，吃起來肉質細緻軟嫩，油脂相當豐厚 生烏賊則是帶些嚼勁，一樣也是非常新鮮 旁邊的紫蘇葉，我這個鄉下俗一開始還以為是裝飾，後來才知道吃生魚片時大多都會搭配 紫蘇葉 青森真不愧是靠海城市，隨便找一家海鮮丼都好吃得亂七八糟 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.34.102.144 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1412762687.A.D5E.html
