國稅局查稅 柯文哲辦：違規

台北市長參選人柯文哲的MG149風暴未歇，國稅局日前發函給曾邀柯演講的單位，提供憑證資料。柯文哲辦公室發言人林筱淇今說，國稅局此舉完全違反國稅局訂定的「各級稽徵機關處理違章漏稅及檢舉案件作業要點」，要求國稅局行政中立、依法行事，不要逾越分際。

林指出，該要點中規定，檢舉人向稽徵機關檢舉案件時，應提供檢舉人姓名等資料，並檢附具體事證，如在十日內未補齊事證，可簽結不受理。
