今天下午3點多，小港警分局偵查隊欲逮捕宋姓嫌犯（42歲，有毒品前科），宋本來要持身上蝴蝶刀自殘，被警方制止。宋卻從腰間掏出手槍自戕，3名員警來不及制止，子彈貫穿腦袋，宋當場身亡。有員警遭受流彈波及受傷。
