大陸與歐洲國家簽署第一個自由貿易協定。大陸商務部宣布，大陸與冰島的自由貿易協定將於今年7月1日生效。據知，內容涵蓋貨物貿易、服務貿易、投資等多個領域。另外，與瑞士的自由貿易協定也將於7月起實施。

中新社報導，商務部與冰島外交外貿部官員在北京互換《中國-冰島自由貿易協定》的生效照會。按照協定生效條款有關規定，協定將於7月1日正式生效。

中冰自貿區談判於2006年12月啟動，2013年4月15日，在大陸國務院總理李克強和冰島總理西於爾扎多蒂共同見證下，商務部部長高虎城與冰島外交外貿部部長奧敘爾·斯卡費丁松代表各自政府在北京簽署協定。
