（中央社台北2014年3月10日電）彭博社報導，上月在東京聲請破產保護的比特幣交易所Mt. Gox在美國提出1項相關申請案，把破產歸咎於這個數位貨幣的軟體缺陷。

Mt. Gox請求美國達拉斯聯邦破產法院依破產法第15章行使權力，保護該公司在這座日本法院監督下重組或清算時可能擁有的任何在美資產。

Mt. Gox上月宣布，75萬枚客戶所有的比特幣和10萬枚自有比特幣不翼而飛，可能遭竊。

Mt. Gox執行長卡伯列（Mark Karpeles）昨天在達拉斯提出的宣誓聲明書中表示：「到目前所知的事實指出，這是比特幣底下軟體演算法的1個缺陷，和1人以上『駭客』攻擊造成，或與這些因素相關。」

Mt. Gox向日本1座法院聲請破產保護大概相同時間，1名伊利諾州居民在芝加哥聯邦法院控告Mt. Gox，指控這家總部設在東京的交易所侵吞和詐欺。（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
