（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭2014年11月26日電）為鼓勵民眾節能減碳，宜蘭縣政府今天宣布啟用「宜蘭綠卡」，未來持卡者只要參加相關活動，就可累計點數，兌換好禮。

宜蘭縣環保局上午在凱旋國小舉辦「宜蘭綠卡」啟用儀式，宣布宜蘭縣環境學習邁向以實際行動參與的里程碑。

環保局表示，「宜蘭綠卡」是「宜蘭綠色生活卡」的簡稱，性質屬於宜蘭縣環境教育電子護照，並以「家庭生活習慣的養成」、「學校行為的落實」、「社會生活的實踐」、「正向的環境行動參與」4個面向，訂出可以累積綠幣點數的認證行動，其中包括參與資源回收、節能減碳、環境教育課程等活動。

環保局說，參與者只要符合這些綠色行動，就可以用刷卡、系統登錄，或由相關單位管理者以登錄的方式，累積綠幣，並在每年6月（學生畢業前）可以兌換文具用品、環保清潔用品、宜蘭縣聯合勸募禮券、宜蘭綠色博覽會或童玩節門票。

環保局表示，現階段為試辦期，已針對縣內高中職、國中小學生及縣府公教人員，發行1萬多張宜蘭綠卡；預計民國105年8月起，開放全縣縣民自由加入參與。
