word插入pdf但是文字模糊

請給我完整教學步驟!!!!!

我試過兩種方法

1.從word 的插入物件把pdf插入>>>但文字非常模糊

2.從pdf用工具拍照再貼到word>>>文字稍模糊

P.S.我是從多功能事務機掃描的
而且文件是成績單(文字有點小) 所以有表格和照片
